PAYMENT TERMS
- Minimum wages as decided by State government
- We shall charge minimum 10% Service Charge on gross wages, including the claims of EPF (13%), ESIC (3.25%), LWF (0.4% of Gross wages OR Maximum Rs.50 Per Head) & (GST will be paid extra by company as applicable) et
- All other safety equipment & Tool Kit will be provided by company.
- Supervisor’s salary to be paid by the Company.
- The Over Time would be calculated as the double of the basic.
- We shall submit the bill on the first day of the month and the same shall be paid in advance before disbursement of wages.
- You (Client/Customers) will pay employer contribution for P.F. & E.S.I.C return before due date to avoid any fine/penalties by the respective authorities.
- The detailed contract along with terms and conditions shall come into existence (being) after finalization the clients/ customers requirements in agreement by both parties in written.
